When you book a workshop, you agree to attend at the scheduled time. If you are unable to attend, please notify us as soon as possible. Our cancellation policy applies to all bookings, and refunds are subject to the terms outlined in our Return Policy.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to disruptive behavior, failure to follow safety instructions, or violation of these terms.

Payment and Refunds

Refund policies vary by workshop package. Please contact us for specific refund terms applicable to your booking. Generally, refunds are available for cancellations made more than 7 days before the workshop date, subject to our Return Policy.

If you are entitled to a refund, it will be processed to the original payment method within 10-14 business days after approval. Processing times may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your workshop booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation terms and refund eligibility depend on the timing of your cancellation and the specific workshop package you have purchased.

Cancellations made more than 7 days before the workshop date are generally eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made between 3 and 7 days before the workshop may be eligible for a partial refund or credit toward a future workshop.

Cancellations made less than 3 days before the workshop date are generally not eligible for a refund, but may be eligible for credit toward a future workshop at our discretion. Please refer to our Return Policy for detailed cancellation terms.
